Our bushings are designed to outperform standard options. While all suspension bushings are wear items, ours last significantly longer than others we've tested. Depending on your machine setup, lift, suspension angle, and tire size, they can last 2x to 5x longer than OEM. Some customers have even reported over 10,000 km with excellent performance still intact.
Why Don’t You Sell Many Accessories?
We focus specifically on suspension and drivetrain components. This allows us to maintain high quality and specialization rather than spreading across too many product categories.
Is DK Offroad a Home-Based Business?
Yes, we are still a home-based business. We are currently operating at full capacity and making the most of our available space.
Do You Design Your Own Products?
Yes, approximately 95% of our products are designed in-house. Each item is tested, manufactured through trusted partners in Canada and abroad, and then brought to market.
Why Don’t You Use Commercial Packaging?
We produce our products in bulk and package them by hand when fulfilling orders. This helps us keep costs lower. Using commercial packaging would increase prices, which goes against our goal of offering value to customers.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders typically ship the next business day. Delivery time depends on your location, but we always choose the fastest shipping option within the selected rate. Delays may occur during holidays or rare stock shortages.
Do You Use Your Own Products?
Absolutely. All of our products are tested on our own machines. For example, our Sportsman 1000 S is fully equipped with our parts and used regularly for real-world testing.
How Often Do You Release New Products?
We release new products several times a year, often based on customer feedback or new vehicle models. If you have ideas, we’re always open to suggestions!
