Aftermarket aluminum thumb throttle for the Sportsman and Scrambler 500/570/800/550/850/1000.  The stock ones are plastic and break fairly easily.  This one wont leave you stranded.  I have these in 2 colors. This super high quality stainless steel lever will never strip out like the stock Aluminum one does.  This is a direct replacement for the OEM shift lever and has a lifetime warranty.   Priced each. Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler Polyurethane rear sway bar bushings. These will fit machines from 2009-2022.  They will also fit the Sportsman 450 and 570.  Ranger 400, 800 and 900. Rzr 570 and 800 too.  If your rear sway bar is 25MM(1"), then these one piece bushings will work great and last a long time. Replaces OEM#5439731 2015+ Polaris RZR 1000 2 & 4 seat, turbo, General and some Rangers, rear sway bar bushings.  If your rear sway bar is 27MM, then these one piece bushings will work great and last a long time. Polaris sway bar end link bushings. Made from premium polyurethane like our other sway bar bushings. 90A durometer makes them a bit stiffer than the oem rubber type.  Our set includes 4 bushings as shown. These fit many different machines from Sportsman 300-800, Sportsman 550-1000, Rangers, Rzr 570, 800, Hawkeye, plus many more. Replaces #5416018 Aftermarket aluminum dipstick for the Sportsman and Scrambler 550/850/1000.  The stock ones are plastic and break fairly easily.  This one wont break.  I have these in 2 colors. ENGG EFA475 Sintered brake pads.  These sintered pads are a great quality replacement pad.  I've been using these on my own lifted Sportsman 1000 and they lasted very long. Double to triple the life of the cheaper semi metallic and sintered copper pads. Good in the mud. These are the best pads I've found for the buck. Lose your square puck sliders in the secondary clutches of 2016+ Polaris Rzr 900,1000, Ranger, General and Sportsman 570, 850, 1000's too.  The square puck sliders cause un needed wear and much slower up shifting and down shifting.  These new DK rollers are made from a Thermoplastic that is not only incredibly durable, but can withstand very high temperatures too.  Put a set of these in your secondary clutch before the wear is too much and you have to replace the whole clutch.  Comes with both rollers and 2 roll pins as well. These don't fit the turbo models. 1 year warranty. 2008-18 Can Am Renegade, Outlander  Polyurethane rear sway bar bushing(for 31mm bar) and sleeve set. May fit other models too. This set includes the 8 bushings and 4 sleeves and 2 sway bar bushings, needed to tighten up the rear end. You can't buy a better set of bushings for the money. Our bushings use an interference fit, which means the hole is smaller than the sleeve. This creates a perfect seal and I guarantee these will last longer than anything you've tried before. Replaces OEM# 703500875, 706002246.

Primary clutch rebuild kit for the RZR 1000 General Ranger. This unit includes all the parts shown in the actual picture and the 2 way bearing. Use the dropdown menu to choose the 1 way bearing kit if that is the type of clutch you have. This set will work on the 900 clutches, but the oem buttons are smaller than these. Us here at DK Offroad are also tired of loose steering bushings and the OEM support on our 2009-22 Sportsman Xp and 2013+ Scrambler 550 850 & 1000. The bushings aren't the only problem, the support(clamp) is the main weak cause. Our new billet support will get rid of all the loose steering you're use to and keep the steering tight. This new support includes the billet support piece, new bushings and longer bolts too.  We designed this to use our bushings or OEM bushings. Other steering supports on the market use a custom bushing that you can't buy anywhere else.  Our goal was to not only make and keep the steering tighter, but in the event the bushings eventually loosen up, you can buy more from us or any dealer. Includes a grease zerk for greasing. I've also included a dropdown menu for the HL models. Since the grease zerk on the normal sportsman is easy to get to and install, its very difficult on the HL. So I will add the zerk in for the HL models to make greasing from the rear of the steering post. Super easy. 2014+ Rzr  900 1000, billet anodized rear sway bar brackets including my Polyurethane sway bar bushings. Just click on the dropdown menu and pick your sway bar diameter.  Comes with longer 8mm carriage bolts.  Incl 2 brackets w/bushings.  Fits other models too, Ace, slingshot, General etc, will work on RS1, with slight modification.  Oem#5632497. On some 2016+ models, if you have a larger HD sway bracket(pictured) that uses 10mm hardware, use the dropdown menu to choose that style, the holes are larger and different hardware. Doesn't fit the 900xp chassis.
2009-23 Sportsman Scrambler 850/1000 HD Tie rods 900 Diff swap tie rods Sportsman HL 29%  gear reduction chain
2009-23 Sportsman and 2013-23 Scrambler 850/1000 HD tie rod kit.  These HD tie rods are 35% stronger and thicker than the OEM ones. 16mm OD and twice as thick tubing, plus they're slightly longer length makes these a must for anybody who has bent their tie rods in the past. Comes complete with new tie rod ends. Zinc coated corrosion resistant.  Have a look at the picture comparing the OEM tie rod to ours. The strength difference is very apparent. Version 2 is here. For those who have a lifted machine, I recommend getting the upgraded tie rod ends that I have as an option. These are around the same strength as the rod ends that come with the set, but they're rounded like the oem  and don't contact each other below the steering box. If you're running a 900 differential upgrade in your Sportsman or Scrambler 850/1000, then these are the angled tie rod set you need.  Using our upgraded HD tubing that is 16mm OD and twice as thick as oem rods. Because the pinion bearing is larger on the 900 differential and most people run a 2" lift, the tie rod on the right side will hit the diff. Our HD angled ones clear the diff on the right side and the left side just clears and needs no bend.  The only downside to the 900 diff swap is, this setup is hard on tie rod ends. This 3/4" wide chain will fit our 29% gear reduction set and the OEM High Lifter gear set as well. Our chains are guaranteed to be as high of quality as the OEM chain.  If your chain is getting loose, install a new chain and tighten your reduction back up. Replaces OEM#3235245
2012+ Sportsman 850 1000 Gear reduction set 2009-23 Sportsman and Scrambler ductile iron front spindles
29% gear reduction set for 2012+ Sportsman and Scrambler 850/1000 machines. This gear set includes both gears and the 3/4" wide chain. This is a must to properly run 29"+ tires. A clutch kit is merely a band aid that moves the rpm of the engagement and upper rpm of the clutch to compensate for the power losses of larger tires. The correct way to do this is with lower final gearing. Not only do you not "need" a clutch kit, but using our gear reduction set will make more power at the wheels than any clutch kit. A mild clutch kit can still be used in conjunction with lower gearing for fine tuning. Our gears are the same ratio as the HL gears, only ours have less rotating mass due to the lightening holes. 2009-2023 Sportsman's and 13+ Scrambler ductile iron front spindles.  The OEM aluminum spindles are notorious for the ball joint holes egging out and the bearing hole not maintaining the correct preload after the bearings have been changed several times. Our new iron spindles set, includes 2 spindles,  will never egg out or lose bearing tension.  These come complete as you see them with pre greased bearings and new 10.9 flange bolts. *You must reuse your bearing snap ring*.
