This is the primary clutch spring from several 2015+ Polaris machines including, Rzr 900, 1000, Ace, General, Sportsman HL etc.  It has a 58-135lb spring pressure. Sold as 1.

Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler Polyurethane rear sway bar bushings. These will fit machines from 2009-2022.  They will also fit the Sportsman 450 and 570.  Ranger 400, 800 and 900. Rzr 570 and 800 too.  If your rear sway bar is 25MM(1"), then these one piece bushings will work great and last a long time. Replaces OEM#5439731

Oem replacement tie rod end for the 2009-22 Sportsman and Scrambler 550/850/1000 atv's. Also fits the Sportsman 570SP as well.  These come as a set of 2 as shown(L & R).  You will need 2 sets to do both sides of your machine.

Polaris sway bar end link bushings. Made from premium polyurethane like our other sway bar bushings. 90A durometer makes them a bit stiffer than the oem rubber type.  Our set includes 4 bushings as shown. These fit many different machines from Sportsman 300-800, Sportsman 550-1000, Rangers, Rzr 570, 800, Hawkeye, plus many more. Replaces #5416018

Polaris 44mm wheel bearings. These high quality SWA brand bearings are equal or better than OEM bearings. Fits many Polaris machines like Rzr 900, Rzr 1000, General, Sportsman 550,850 and 1000. Ranger 900 and 1000. Sold as 1 bearing. I've also added a bearing greasing option. I always recommend buying a bearing greaser, but I now have an option that I'll grease the bearings fully before they ship out. This will roughly double the bearing life.

ENGG EFA475 Sintered brake pads.  These sintered pads are a great quality replacement pad.  I've been using these on my own lifted Sportsman 1000 and they lasted very long. Double to triple the life of the cheaper semi metallic and sintered copper pads. Good in the mud. These are the best pads I've found for the buck.

Lose your square puck sliders in the secondary clutches of 2016+ Polaris Rzr 900,1000, Ranger, General and Sportsman 570, 850, 1000's too.  The square puck sliders cause un needed wear and much slower up shifting and down shifting.  These new DK rollers are made from a Thermoplastic that is not only incredibly durable, but can withstand very high temperatures too.  Put a set of these in your secondary clutch before the wear is too much and you have to replace the whole clutch.  Comes with both rollers and 2 roll pins as well. These don't fit the turbo models. 1 year warranty.

Polaris small stud greasable, non adjustable ball joints. The 5/8" ball joint will fit the RZR 800, 900, 1000 S, 900xp, and some early Generals as well. Sportsman and Scrambler 550/850/1000. These will last twice as long as the oem style non greasable.

These primary clutch weights will fit the Sportsman 800, 850 and many machines using this style of weight.  I personally use these in the Sportsman 850's that have larger mud tires and these will act as a clutch kit, but retain oem drivability.  Oem#1322911. Includes 3 weights.

Us here at DK Offroad are also tired of loose steering bushings and the OEM support on our 2009-22 Sportsman Xp and 2013+ Scrambler 550 850 & 1000. The bushings aren't the only problem, the support(clamp) is the main weak cause. Our new billet support will get rid of all the loose steering you're use to and keep the steering tight. This new support includes the billet support piece, new bushings and longer bolts too.  We designed this to use our bushings or OEM bushings. Other steering supports on the market use a custom bushing that you can't buy anywhere else.  Our goal was to not only make and keep the steering tighter, but in the event the bushings eventually loosen up, you can buy more from us or any dealer. Includes a grease zerk for greasing. I've also included a dropdown menu for the HL models. Since the grease zerk on the normal sportsman is easy to get to and install, its very difficult on the HL. So I will add the zerk in for the HL models to make greasing from the rear of the steering post. Super easy.

Koyo bearings and seal kit for the 2009+ Sportsman and Scrambler 550,850 and 1000.  Includes the 4 high quality Koyo bearings and high quality pinion and axle seals too. I guarantee this kit is better than anything else on the market. Not only are we using Japanese Koyo bearings, but the pinion needle bearing in our set has double the thrust capacity as any other oem style bearing, have a look at the bearing comparison picture, ours is on the right and has double the rollers. If your pinion has even a little bit of bearing play, you most likely have chipped pinion teeth or you will very soon. We've figured out that these pinions need to stay tight for any long term reliability. We are offering our sets in 2 configurations, early differentials and later differentials. The main difference is the ring gear bearings. Either you have the early style, 16010 bearing or the later style with 6010 bearings(wider). I recommend you have your differential pulled apart first before ordering.

2009-2023 Sportsman 550/850/1000 rear knuckle bushing and sleeve set(hubs). Includes the 8 bushings and 4 corrosion resistant sleeves needed to get rid of the slop and keep them tight.  I'm running low on the sleeves. More on the way..

2011+ Sportsman and 2013+ Scrambler 550 850 1000 primary clutch rebuild kit.  Included everything in the picture, 1 way bearing, slides, spacers, rollers and all hardware shown.  This will help rejuvenate your primary clutch, make it quieter and run smoother.

2009-23 Sportsman and 2013-23 Scrambler 850/1000 HD tie rod kit.  These HD tie rods are 35% stronger and thicker than the OEM ones. 16mm OD and twice as thick tubing, plus they're slightly longer length makes these a must for anybody who has bent their tie rods in the past. Comes complete with new tie rod ends. Zinc coated corrosion resistant.  Have a look at the picture comparing the OEM tie rod to ours. The strength difference is very apparent. Version 2 is here. For those who have a lifted machine, I recommend getting the upgraded tie rod ends that I have as an option. These are around the same strength as the rod ends that come with the set, but they're rounded like the oem  and don't contact each other below the steering box.

This creates a perfect seal and I guarantee these will last longer than anything you've tried before. This set is uses the new style bushings and also includes the sleeves and end caps as well. Fits 2020+ machines with arched A arms.

If you're running a 900 differential upgrade in your Sportsman or Scrambler 850/1000, then these are the angled tie rod set you need.  Using our upgraded HD tubing that is 16mm OD and twice as thick as oem rods. Because the pinion bearing is larger on the 900 differential and most people run a 2" lift, the tie rod on the right side will hit the diff. Our HD angled ones clear the diff on the right side and the left side just clears and needs no bend.  The only downside to the 900 diff swap is, this setup is hard on tie rod ends.

2020-23 Polaris Sportsman XP and HL 850/1000 front and rear A arm Polyurethane bushing set. This set does the front and rear A arms and the rear knuckles too. Includes 28 M10 bushings and the 8 standard knuckle bushings(4 large and 4 small) from the previous models. You can't buy a better set of bushings for the money. Our bushings use an interference fit, which means the hole is smaller than the sleeve. These bushings will fit the 20-23 machines with the Arched A arms. If you have standard straight A arms, they use a flange type bushing from my 2010-23 set.
